Project 1 : Defining and Documenting a Project
This module introduces us to an application of knowledge, skills and techniques for which to execute projects effectively and efficiently. Focusing in particularly on project management in a construction context but will also make considerable reference to the activity in other fields of commercial and business activity to emphasize the broad applicability of the principle. This is an individual project to introduce us with definition of project management by working on a project case study which is chosen from the internship undergone previously. The report must demonstrate in-depth analysis on the case study and need to include reflective writing focuses on personal experiences on the internship training.
Project 2 : Final Project Management Report
Integrated with the Architecture Design Project of Studio 6, individually, we need to document the project management aspects of final design project. This report will reflect our understanding in the terminologies, knowledge areas, application of the tools and systems, planning while demonstrating our capabilities in discharging duty as a project manager.
